My weight has been up and down for the last several years. My birthday is coming up in May and I'd love to be bikini ready for the beginning of summer. This blog will contain all of my tips and thinspiration pictures. I'll update often to keep myself motivated. Happy weight loss!

This section will be dedicated to my food journal. Hopefully if I write down what I eat every day it will help me be more accountable.

Breakfast: 2 Eggs and a Piece of Toast 205 calories

Lunch: 1 oz pasta, 1/2 cup prego sauce, 1.5 oz Ground Beef 305 calories

Dinner: Top Sirloin Steak 650 Calories

Total: 1160 Calories Woohoo!

Breakfast: 1 oz Pasta, 1/2 cup sauce, 1.5 oz ground beef 305 calories

Lunch: 2 eggs and a piece of toast 205 calories

Dinner:Beefy 5 Layer No Sour Cream and 2 Crunchy Tacos no Lettuce 850 Calories

Total: 1360 Calories 

I feel suuuuper guilty about today (as I should) it started out so well too. My mom and I got taco bell and I just couldn’t resist. I don’t feel guilty about today’s total, 1360 is a fine number, definitely better than what I used to eat. However, the calories came from a bad and unhealthy place. Also, I’m trying to make it so that no meal is over 500 calories, mainly because no meal should be over 500 calories. What’s more is that I’m trying to stay away from carbs late at night and Taco Bell is just one giant carb stand. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day and hopefully the scale won’t hate me too much. I’m going to stay up a bit later and hopefully digest some of this so that it’s not a giant lump in my stomach during my weigh in.
